7 Days Cardio Challenge

Hey everyone! 

Introducing our FIRST CHALLENGE EVER!! 

7 day beginner cardio challenge. 

Purpose – We want this challenge to be the first step to get you started on your fitness journey and get some movement going on in your life! We really want to encourage you to take charge of your health and make it a priority! Let’s all work as a team and build a fit healthy community!! And Let’s help each other out in doing so. 🙂 

Structureit’s super simple, there is only one workout, and we will be doing this for 100 rep. There will be three levels ( beginner, intermediate, advanced) of each workout, you pick what you’d like based on your fitness level, comfort and how you’re feeling that day!!

Begins: Monday, October 19, 2020

Ends: Sunday, October 25, 2020

Length: 7 days

Daily commitment: 5 mins OR Less 🙂

How it works:

  1. Day 0: Save the challenge graphic and upload it to Instagram or TikTok and let everyone know you’re doing this! Make sure to hashtag #kritzfit7daycardiochallenge #7daycardiochallenge and tag @kritfitz.


  2. Day 1-7: Complete the workouts, it only takes 5 mins OR less and get your heart rate going! If comfortable, You can even film yourself doing these workouts and post on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. Tag @kritfitz. If you do post it on your social media you will get a shoutout. 🙂


  3. Day 7: Challenge ends! post your videos to Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube! Make sure to include the #kritzfit7daycardiochallenge #7daycardiochallenge hashtag and tag @kritfitz. so other users can find the challenge!
